Every organization that presents its causes on ChariTable and its partner impactory.org has been audited. In order to be approved, an organization must be non-profit, implement projects and maintain a website.
During the registration and selection process, comprehensive data is requested and checked by Impactory.org. They are independent and interdenominational.

Your donation is tax-deductible. The tax deduction will be handled automatically as soon as you complete your personal data when selecting the cause of your donation. You will receive a confirmation per e-Mail from Impactory. Please be aware that it might take at least 2 weeks after the event date.
In the case of a beneficiary organization, the donation confirmation can be downloaded directly as a pdf file. If desired, we can also send it via email.
If you wish, you can still download a donation receipt as a PDF file under My impact.

Hosting a table through ChariTable Vienna means you can get a joyful dining experience while doing a good deed. And this is how it works:
Steps:
1) Register as a table host by completing the ‘Host a Table’ form. Restaurants will be reserved based on a first-come, first-serve principle.
2) We will check the availability of your preferred restaurants and send payment details to you.
3) Please proceed with payment for your restaurant booking with the amount as instructed according to the restaurant table value shown within 48hours.
4) Your table reservation and donation will be validated as soon as we receive the payment. You will receive the final confirmation of the restaurant booking via email, together with your voucher to place the donation for your preferred cause.
5) Final restaurant details will be sent no later than June 5th. We look forward to seeing you on Jun 11th.

There is the option to book a table as a corporate and receive an invoice for payment. And this is how it works:
Steps:
1) Register as a table host by completing the ‘Host a Table’ form and make sure to tick the box “I am a corporate”. Restaurants will be reserved based on a first-come, first-serve principle.
2) We will check the availability of your preferred restaurants and send you the invoice for payment.
3) Please proceed with payment for your restaurant booking with the minimum amount as instructed according to the restaurant table value shown as soon as possible and let us know when it is in process.
4) Your table reservation and donation will be validated as soon as we receive the payment. You will receive the final confirmation of the restaurant booking via email, together with your voucher to place the donation for your preferred cause.
5) There are special packages for corporate branding possible. Please contact us for more details.
6) Final restaurant details will be sent no later than June 5th. We look forward to seeing you on Jun 11th.

ChariTable Vienna is an independent volunteer-based association, which does not keep any charges from the table booking. The donation-related operational processes and handling will be managed by Impactory.org.

Under Impactory.org, non-profit organizations do not pay a registration or basic fee. However, if they receive donations, they will be charged the fees of the payment provider and a 5% service fee. This means that there is no cost risk involved in the use of Impactory services.

The tickets are not personalized and it is possible to forward the tickets to another person. Please be aware that your payment is a donation and it is not possible to refund the number of parts of the amount if you cannot join the related event.
